Hi, ordering and delivery all went well however I was disappointed that I did not receive a photograph of the flowers that were delivered as I had done previously- do you not do this anymore? Besides your value for money and ease of ordering, this was one of the main reasons I reordered with your company as I thought it was a great feature of your service.

The price and same day delivery were good however the flower arrangement was disappointing and nothing like the native bunch I was hoping to be delivered. I know I selected ‘florist’s choice’ to allow some extra creativity for the florist but I didn’t know it would be as different as it was. Our friend has just lost her father and these flowers were meant to be uplifting for her but they were drab and odd looking and left us feeling a bit embarrassed.

The person that I sent the flowers to was very happy with them. She immediately sent me a thanks with a photo of the flowers.

didnt see any request fir time to be delivered it was fir my 86 year ild mother would have preferred a morning delivery rather than late afternoon but she was thrilled with them
