🌺 Floristry
Our floristry team brings creativity and care to every bouquet, working with fresh, market-sourced flowers to craft memorable arrangements for all occasions. Whether you're an experienced florist or keen to further develop your skills, you'll be supported with plenty of training within a friendly, encouraging team.
📦 Warehouse
In our warehouse team, you'll help ensure that every order is prepared perfectly and sent out efficiently. Our warehouse members are hands-on, organised, and play a vital role in keeping flowers fresh and deliveries prompt—all while working together in an environment complete with good vibes and great music.

Casual Warehouse Assistant
Flowers Across Brisbane, Acacia Ridge (4110)
The role will suit someone who has experience in retail, supermarkets, pick/packing, factory work or any detail-oriented & initiative based physical role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is quick, physically fit and strong, efficient and very well organised, and is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working towards deadlines. What you'll do: - Keep our warehouse organised and running smoothly - Unpacking, process, and receive stock and deliveries - Coordinate with suppliers and couriers as needed - Support stock control, stock takes, and wastage reduction - Help with flower prep, plant care, and on-site logistics - Pitch in with general warehouse duties to support the whole team Please note: you must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25+ kg boxes & product and capable/licensed (ideally full unrestricted, P2 accepted) to drive an automatic work van. Looking for an immediate start. Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week MUST be available on Mondays and Thursdays 7am-3pm, and Wednesdays 7am-12pm Our team requires the above hours (and will assume all applicants have this availability). Flexibility outside of the above days is highly regarded, so please detail this in your cover letter for consideration. (Note: in general, our operating hours are 7am - 5pm Mon-Fri & 7am-3pm weekends).
